  • We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your lifestyle, goals, priorities, and the feeling you want your home to have. This is where we align on your style direction and define what “success” looks like for your project.

    Included: goals, inspiration, functionality, budget guidance, timeline expectations.

  • Before we create a concept, we perform a Design Diagnosis™—a strategic assessment of what’s not working and why. We map your pain points, flow issues, storage needs, and constraints so the design solves real problems (not just visual ones).

    Included: site details, measurements, lifestyle flow, pain-point mapping, budget friction forecasting.

  • You’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and next steps. Once approved, we onboard you with a clear roadmap so you know exactly what to expect.

    Our promise: clarity from day one—no vague scopes, no guesswork.

  • This is where the vision comes to life. We develop initial layouts, mood direction, and key design concepts to establish the overall look and feel of your space.

    Included: schematic layouts, mood boards, palette direction, early selections as needed.

  • We refine the concept into a complete, cohesive plan—curating materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings with intention. This phase includes guided decision-making so you feel confident, not overwhelmed.

    Included: finish and material selections, fixtures, lighting direction, key specs and approvals.

  • Documentation & Contractor Collaboration

    Linen & Stone designs with execution in mind. Our Build-Aware Design™ approach means selections are made with construction realities, lead times, and feasibility considered early—helping reduce redesigns, delays, and surprises.

    Included: final plans/specs (as applicable), FF&E schedules, scope clarity, coordination with contractors and vendors for accurate pricing and smooth execution.

  • We stay involved through the final phase to ensure the design is carried out with care. From final selections to install support, our goal is a finished space that looks and feels exactly as intended.

    Included: implementation guidance, installation support, final styling as scoped.

The Linen & Stone Project Binder (Optional)

For clients who want a more hands-on, studio-style experience, we offer a physical project binder (or streamlined digital version) that organizes your project into a clear, beautiful reference you can actually use.

It’s designed to make decisions feel grounded and collaborative—not scattered across texts, screenshots, and endless email threads.
